Project Fatherhood launches JUST BEGINNINGS PROGRAM for fathers with infant children

In October 2016, Project Fatherhood will launch the Just Beginnings program at the Children’s Institute, Inc. This five-session intervention, is designed for fathers and their children (0-3) to improve father-child relationships. The tools learned in these session will help fathers feel more confident in their role as fathers of infant children. In addition, the skills practiced in Just Beginnings have been related fathers learning how to have fun with their babies and increase language skills of the children.

Session Topics include:

•Attachment
•Following the Lead
•Talking to Your Baby
•Encouraging and Praising your Child
•Putting it all together

Sessions are in both English and Spanish
